Sparkling Wine Clubs and Subscriptions

fatcork sparkling wine club box

If you love sparkling wine, you’re probably always on the lookout for new and interesting bubblies to try. Or maybe you’d even like a recurring shipment of bubbles that shows up at your door every few months?

The two unique sparkling wine clubs below are well worth checking out if you love your bubbles and, like me, believe that bubbly is for every day, not just special occasions. The businesses below are independently owned and operated (i.e. these are not massive brands owned by even more massive conglomerates), and both import wines directly from producers in France (and sell and ship these wines directly to their customers).

Whether you’re looking for something to impress your friends or just want to expand your knowledge of sparkling wine, these sparkling wine clubs and subscriptions have got you covered. Let’s take a closer look!

Le Grand Courtage Sparkling Wine Club

Le Grand Courtâge is a female-founded French sparkling wine importer and wine brand that offers affordable luxury to encourage people to elevate and celebrate the every day and cultivate joy in the spirit of Joie de Vivre. Owner Tawnya Falkner took the leap and gave up her career in San Francisco to move to Burgundy, France to pursue her passion for wine. Meaning ‘the Great Courtship’, Le Grand Courtâge symbolizes the courtship between French and American wine culture, grapes from different regions, and the old and new world.

This female-founded boutique sparkling wine brand has been featured in Martha Stewart Living, The Tasting Panel, Forbes, and the Today Show.

Fat Cork

Founded by Bryan and Abby Maletis who fell in love with Champagne on a trip in 2008 where they met grower-producers all over France who were making great Champagne. They decided to merge their love of Champagne with their passion for working with winemakers and start a direct-from-Champagne Champagne subscription business.

This isn’t just a sparkling wine club, it’s a CHAMPAGNE club, meaning the wines are made in the Champagne region of France. Additionally, Fat Cork is unique in that they have a physical location in Seattle that houses both a tasting room and their Champagne Cellar which holds the Champagnes their grower-producer partners in Champagne make and that they ship out to Fat Cork customers. You can take a look at Fat Cork’s website to learn more about the families, vineyards, and winemakers they work with in Champagne.

Fat Cork’s mission is to change the notion that Champagne is only for special occasions. Champagne, every day! Why not?
