It’s much easier to find a female-focused tour company, women-only travel groups, travel groups for seniors, or 55 and up-focused tours (that don’t limit tours to only women). They individualize the experience so that travelers have a lot of input into what tours they lead. For example, if you are interested in a specific trip you can put a refundable ‘Early Bird deposit’ down on a trip, and then if enough people don’t sign up your deposit is refunded. But, if the minimum # of travelers sign up, the trip will go ahead.
